"Coach Tate is extremely passionate and knowledgeable. He receives feedback well and is always seeking to improve and expand his understanding of both sports and sports psychology. As an athlete himself, Tate has a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands of competing at a high level, while also maintaining a healthy mindset. He is active, energetic, and inclusive, creating a positive environment for all. Any player, coach, or guardian would be fortunate to work with him."

NCAA Division III Setter - UWL Eagles

"Getting ready for this year’s USAV Open Masters with Coach Tate was such a great experience! He’s super creative and thinks strategically, especially in those tricky in-game situations that come up often. I also had the chance to photograph his teams at A-Level, and I absolutely loved seeing how prepared he was to guide and train the girls. He’s respectful, trustworthy, and truly dedicated. Also a total volleyball nerd (in the best way 😄), and always ready to help. You can feel how much he loves the game, and that energy is contagious. So thankful for all his support and partnership."

About

Coach Tate Morrell grew up playing both volleyball and baseball. He competed with Canada West Volleyball Club (2015–2016) while attending the elite Okotoks Dawgs Baseball Academy.
